Important Delivery Information:

  • 고객님의 주문은 일반 마트에서 구매한 것처럼 포장됩니다. 신선도가 최상으로 유지될 수 있도록 누군가 직접 받아 주시는 것을 권장합니다. 직접 받기 어려우신 경우, 배송에 적합한 아이스팩이 포함된 쿨러를 문 앞에 두고 배송 기사가 알아볼 수 있도록 분명히 표시해 주시기를 권장합니다. (예: 일반 38qt ~ 48qt 크기의 쿨러) We package your order just like you would expect at a local grocery store. To ensure peak freshness upon arrival, we highly recommend having someone available to receive your order. Our drivers will leave your order at your doorstep as instructed. However, if you're unable to receive it right away, consider leaving a cooler with ice pack(s) outside that is suitable for your delivery, clearly labeled for the driver. (e.g. cooler size: 38qt ~ 48qt in general.)

  • Since all our meats are prepared fresh to order specifically for you, changes or cancellations to your order must be made at least 36 hours before your scheduled delivery day (For example, by Wednesday at 9:00 PM PST for a Friday delivery). We take pride in offering the freshest possible meats, and once prepared for your order, they cannot be restocked or offered to other customers. Therefore, changes or cancellations with this timeframe allow us to ensure optimal freshness and prevent any waste.

    However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We are happy to accept return or refund requests within 24 hours of receiving your package for the following reasons:

    • Refundable:

      • Incorrect item received.

      • Product(s) is missing from your order due to a packing error.

      • Damaged products (that are not caused by the carrier.)

    Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind or because the product appears different from the pictures on our website. Our pictures are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance of the product you receive.
